Do my retailers have to pay to use the app?+
No. Wholesalers on the Wholesaler Edition (₹12,000/year) can enrol their retailers on the DMD platform free.
Can I control which products retailers see?+
Yes. Every listing needs supervisor approval to go live, and you can edit, re-price or hide any product with one click.
What happens to the gold rate after an order?+
Once the rate is confirmed and locked, the order cannot be cancelled — protecting both you and the retailer from rate swings.
